• Claims made without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted, as we are unable to verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
